– Postponements and cancellations
For private lessons, postponements are accepted only if the request is made more than 24 hours before the beginning of the class.
A class is lost and non-refundable if 1) you did not cancel more than 24 hours in advance 2) you did not come to class without notifying the teacher.

Group classes cannot be rescheduled. If you are unable to attend a group class that you have paid for, a refund is possible if the request is made more than 48 hours before the first class. If the request is made less than 48 hours before the first class you will receive a 50% refund. No refunds can be made once the course has started.

Par les mots reserves the right not to open a class if the number of participants is not sufficient.

– Payment methods
Different payment methods are available. You can pay by: paypal, bank transfer, transferwise. Payment for the entire class must be made before the class starts. Payment must be made 48 hours before the start of a class. You will receive the class link when payment is made. Payment is made in CAD or Euro.

– Invoices
To receive an invoice, send an e-mail to contact@parlesmots.com.
You will receive your invoice within 48 hours.
