– Cancellations and Rescheduling
For private lessons, rescheduling is only permitted if the request is made more than 24 hours before the lesson begins.
A lesson will be forfeited and is non-refundable if:
- You do not cancel more than 24 hours in advance.
- You do not attend the lesson without notifying the teacher.
Group classes cannot be rescheduled. If you are unable to attend a group course that you have paid for, you may request a refund more than 48 hours before the first class. If the request is made less than 48 hours before the first class, you will receive a 50% refund. No refunds can be issued once the course has started.
Par les mots reserves the right not to open a class if there are not enough participants.
– Payments
Several payment methods are available. You can pay via PayPal, bank transfer or Wise. Full payment must be made before the course begins and no later than 48 hours before the first lesson.
You will receive the link to your class once payment has been received. Payments can be made in CAD or euros.
– Invoices
To request an invoice, please email contact@parlesmots.com.
You will receive your invoice within 48 hours.
